Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my portfolio! My name is Brittany Eberly and I have a passion for design! If I'm not working you might find me curled up in a blanket (any time of year), creating another Pinterest project, or trying another (Pinterest) recipe with friends. My life is surrounded by creative aspirations and finding new inspiration each day. Our society is dominated with visuals so my theory is why not make them pleasing and interesting to look at! I'm not sure if this happens with everyone but if I see a design I love it makes me feel like everything is right with the world ;) Although I strive for good aesthetics, I also desire to create designs that tell their own stories whether is be a brand of a company or new initiative.
Currently, I am a senior at the University of Valley Forge where I am studying Digital Media – Graphic Design with a minor in business (and a pending minor in Marketing). Throughout my past freelance and job experience in graphic design, I've realized some of my favorite aspects of graphic design include typography and layout. My inner neat freak comes through in my love for clean design whether it be geometric and modern or more organic and natural. Although I am focusing on graphic design, I am also involved in other areas of the creative industry such as photography and fabric accessories. I have a photography business specializing in family portraits, senior portraits, and weddings (you can view my work here). I also have an Etsy shop featuring the fabric accessories I design and create (you can view my shop here). As you might be able to tell, I love finding a niche and building it into a small business!
